What is required:

– Your details, including email and phone number
– Candidate details (full name, date of birth)
– Full teacher’s name
– Grade level
– Card / PayPal details to make a payment

MTB Exams entry steps

Step 1: Sign up or Log in

If you have not opened the website yet, please go to www.mtbexams.com and click on Make an Entry in the main menu, and you will be asked to log in. If you do not have an account, please create one by clicking on Sign Up and selecting Individual user and then clicking on Continue

If you are entering for the first time, you will need to fill in the form with your personal details (including telephone number). Make sure your password is at least 8 characters long, and then submit the details.

Step 2: Confirm your details

You will be asked to select your instrument now. To select piano, please choose Other, select the Grade level, fill in all candidates and teachers’ details, and confirm the shipping method. After submitting your details, you will be taken into your cart, where you will review the total cost of the exam entry.

Step 3: Pay and forward front cover with Ref ID to your teacher

Once you check out and pay for the exam, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your personalised front cover as a PDF. Please download and forward this PDF front cover to your teacher.
